STCW Office posted in their official facebook page minutes ago that starting Monday, August 1, 2016, a three-day standard processing time will be implemented.
This means that applying for all the documents you need will only take up to three days for regular processing.
Before, it takes months to secure documents such as Seaman's Book, Certificate of Competency(COC) and Certificate of Endorsement(COE).
This good news was just in time because the backlog of MARINA is huge. This is one of the first steps of our new MARINA administrator Al Amaro.
