Arnest's friends, relatives, and fellow seafarers gave their salute and messages of thanksgiving and farewell to his funeral. Arnest just came home this July for a vacation, but suddenly he's just gone with his brand new Subaru Forester this August 14. August 18 he was found dead in a cliff in Tagaytay, Cavite. His sudden death is painful for his parents and siblings especially the body was cremated without the desired justice. The Agbayani family is still waiting for the separate investigation of Philippine National Police(PNP) and National Bureau of Investigation(NBI).
Arnest's uncle is asking Mr. President Benigno Aquino and Department of Interior and Local Government(DILG) Secretary Mar Roxas for help in getting the justice. The uncle also mentioned that a lot of bad things is happening in the country.
