Missing SUV of a killed seaman was found in Dasmariñas, Cavite

Arnest John Agbayani, a Seafarer and a MAAP Alumni was gone missing last August with his brand new car Subaru Forester 2015. August 18, he was found dead in a cliff in Tagaytay, Cavite. You may read the full story here. You may also watch his funeral here.


The authorities recovered Arnest's car around 1 in the afternoon yesterday(September 14) after they received an information that Arnest's car was just in Dasmariñas, Cavite.

It was already painted in black and the plate number is different. There is also a Philippine National Police Academy(PNPA) commemorative plate attached to it.


The authorities verified that it's Arnest's car by looking at the engine number and veryifying it to the Highway Patrol Group(HPG).

4 men were inside when the police found the vehicle. Guns, bullets, alleged drug paraphernalias, communication devices, and a sketch of a possible master plan of a carnap operation was recovered from the suspects.

The police are now verifying if a crime similar in the sketch happened or it's just a proposal.


Around 10PM, the victim's parents arrived in Dasmariñas Police Station. Arnest's father inspected the recovered SUV right away. He has no doubt that it's his son's car.
